You should not smoke as smoking causes fatal diseases. You should wash your hands before and after eating. You should not eat to many sweets so as not to be fat because fatness causes many diseases.You should eat much starch . You should wash fruit and vegetables very well. You should cook food very well. You should eat food very well.
