In match play, each hole is considered as a unique contest between players, and the player who wins the most holes is the overall winnter for the round. In stroke play, each stroke is counted towards the ultimate score and the player who completed the round with the lowest number of shots wins the round.

The importance of having more than one choice in the food…
Having more than one choice offers a balance of food for the health. There is no full food but food completes to one another to make a full food. If you neglect one type of your daily food it won’t be a balanced diet but if you took a bit from each type you will be sure to have all the material that you need.
How to choose your perfect diet for your lifestyle:
For the people who works in critical thinking jobs like (students, business men) they need milk, cheese, eggs, and fish.
And they should stay away from the coffee and tea because it affects in the body from inside.
..The person who faces lots of trouble in their work needs a lot of vegetables and fruits and a piece of cheese but they have to stop the meat no problem if they had some lettuce or carrots or potatoes.

Healthy food is almost as important to healing as competent medical care, and healthy eating habits play a critical role in preventing chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers.
Life today is not like how it was before. Along time ago, people ate foods that are very good for their health.
They ate foods that do not contain chemicals, preservatives, artificial colors, and artificial flavors. People also had a lot of time to cook their own foods. Therefore those people were not been affected by the food that they ate, because all of the foods that they had were natural foods and healthy.
That’s way they did not have any problem on their health and they lived longer than now. But these days, every one is busy and don’t have time to cook their own food.
People eat foods that are easily cooked or ready cooked. They do not even think of what they eat, and if it can effect their health or not. That is a bad way that most people do because our health depends on what we eat daily.
Foods are the building blocks of every cell in the body, are responsible for the proper functioning of the whole body. It is important, for that reason, to know what is good for our body and what is not. Foods can be classified into two types, unhealthy (junk) and healthy food.
Healthy food can be found in fruits, vegetables, meat, nuts, seafood and dairy foods. They are also not of the frozen foods and with out chemical fertilizers.
The other advantage is that healthy foods have no preservatives with natural color, and flavors and even it gives you strong body .
Therefore we should be careful to every food that we eat. Because if we eat un healthy food they may cause some disadvantages to our health. Most of the vitamins that which we need are found in fruit, vegetable, meat, nut, seafood, and dairy foods. we should balance our food that we eat.
Unhealthy food can be found in fast foods, frozen foods and other foods which having chemical contents. Main causes of unhealthy foods are heart diseases, some type of cancers, high cholesterol and other recent diseases which discovered due to un managed foods.
Conclusion:
Finally I advice all my friends to care about there health and choose there foods carefully to have a healthy and long liver really is quite an amazing organ. وقال فريق طبي أشرف على دراسة نشرت نتائجها في دورية الدورة الدموية الطبية إن الدراسة شملت 11 رجلا بدينا، خضعوا خلالها لبرنامج اختبار استمر ثلاثة أسابيع، بحيث اتبعوا نظاما غذائيا قليل الدهون كثير الألياف، كما خصصوا أثناء فترة البرنامج وقتا للمشي يوميا.
وعلى مدى الـ 21 يوما, تناول الرجال أقل من 10% من السعرات الحرارية التي مصدرها الدهون ومن 15 إلى 20% سعرات حرارية مصدرها البروتينات ومن 70 إلى 75% سعرات حرارية مصدرها الخضر والفاكهة والحبوب الكاملة، كما سمح لهم بتناول كل أنواع الخبز والمعجنات المصنوعة من الدقيق الأسمر والفاكهة والخضر التي يريدون.
وأثناء تلك الفترة ألزم الرجال بالمشي لفترة تراوحت بين 45 و60 دقيقة يوميا. وخلال البرنامج قام الباحثون بقياس نسب الكولسترول والجلوكوز والأنسولين في دماء أفراد العينة، في بداية البرنامج وبعد انتهائه.
ولاحظ الباحثون بعد انتهاء البرنامج أن ضغط دم سبعة رجال كان مستواه مرتفعا قبل بدء البرنامج عاد إلى المستوى الطبيعي بعد نهايته. كما انخفض كل من مستوى الكولسترول عند الرجال الـ 11 بنسبة متوسطة قدرها 19% وضغط الدم بنسبة 14% والأنسولين بنسبة 46% والجلوكوز بنسبة سبعة في المائة، مما يقلص مخاطر إصابتهم بأمراض القلب.

قال باحثون إن الرياضة والتغذية الصحيحة من شأنهما تحسين حالة القلب أسرع مما كان متوقعا. وأشارت دراسة إلى أن ثلاثة أسابيع تكفي لتقليل احتمالات الإصابة بأمراض القلب إذا ما تم الالتزام بالتغذية الصحية ومزاولة التمارين الرياضية.

وقد ختمنا يومنا الرياضي بالصيحة الرياضية ثم ذهاب الطالبات بنشاط وحيوية لصفوفهن ثم استأنفنا فقراتنا الصحية بالفسحة والإفطار الجماعي الصحي

بدأت اليوم أولى فعاليات الاسبوع الرياضي الصحي تحت شعار ( بالرياضة والغذاء نغدو أقوياء ) وقد بدأت الفعاليات بالطابور الصباحي وذلك من خلال البرنامج الإذاعي والذي بدأ بمقدمة من الكلمات العذبة للطالبات ثم تلي ذلك تلاوة عطرة من آيات الله عز وجل ثم كلام رسولنا الكريم ثم حكمة اليوم وكانت بعنوان ( العقل السليم في الجسم السليم ) تلي ذلك عرض للفواكه قامت به طالبات المدرسة وذلك علي موسيقى نشيد ( بالرياضة والغذاء نغدو أقوياء ) ثم تلي ذلك محاضرة رياضية صحية للمعلمات والطالبات ألقتها عليهن الزائرة الصحية أ فوزية محمد ومعلمة التربية الرياضية ريهام حسين ……
وكانت نهاية البرنامج مع المرح والنشاط والمسابقات الرياضية ومعلمة التربية الرياضي سهام خميس .
كما قامت الطالبات بتوزيع بروشور عن الرياضة وأهميتها في حياة الفرد وخاصة رياضة المشى .
كذلك تم توزيع التمر على جميع طالبات ومعلمات المدرسة .
ثم إستكملنا فعاليات يومنا الرياضي الصحي الأول بالإفطار الصحي الجماعي الأول وذلك أثناء الفسحة مح توزيع الحليب والعصير والخضروات والفواكه على الطالبات …… وقد كان يوما موفقا والحمد لله وسعدت به جميع الطالبات والمعلمات ……. وإلى اللقاء مع فعاليات اليوم الثاني من الأسبوع إن شاء الله .

[RIGHT]وعن فعاليات اليوم الرابع : فكانت مسيرة مشي للطالبات والمعلمات حول سور المدرسة مع ترديد الصيحات الرياضية والصحية ثم توزيع الماء والعصير عليهن ومن الفعاليات المصاحبة لذلك زيارة إلى مزرعة للخضروات والفاكهة وقضاء الطالبات وقت ممتع مع معلماتهن

وقد بدأ الحفل بالسلام الوطنى لفريق الزهرات ثم قام الحضور بتفقد المعرض الرياضي الصحي والذى كان مصاحب على هامش فعاليات الأسبوع وكان يشمل على عدة طاولات وهي .

طاولة أخرى عن كيفية غعداد وجبة الإفطار الصباحى وأهميتها طالبات المدرسة
طاولة لتحكيم مسابقة أفضل زى وأفضل سلة فواكه من قبل لجنة التحكيم
طاولة أخرى عن كيفية حساب مؤشر كتلة الجسم SIZE]

وطاولة اخرى تتحدث فيها الطالبات عن إختبارات اللياقة البدنية وطرق وأدوات قياسها
وكانت نهاية الجولة بالمعرض طاولة معروض عليها مجموعة من أعمال الطالبات والبروشورات والمطويات التى وزعت فى هذا اليوم .
ثم بدأ الحفل بتلاوة من آيات الله العطرة ثم الحديث الشريف ثم حكمة اليوم وتلى ذلك العروض
وكان الختام ممتع للغاية حيث قامت الأستاذة نبيهة حواس موجهة مادة التربية الرياضية بالتعاون مع كلا من الأستاذة منال الحوسني أخصائية التغذية بالصحة المدرسية
والأستاذة سوسن الأميرى منسقة من قسم الأنشطة الصحية بالوزارة قاموا جميعا بإلقاء ندوة صحية رياضية وكانت المستهدفات هن الأمهات الحضور وكانت محاضرة مفيدة أشاد بها الحضور
وأخيرا كانت لحظات التكريم لكل من شاركنا عرسنا الرياضي الصحي …

أعلنت ميسون الشاعر نائب مدير إدارة ورئيس قسم التغذية والتعليم الطبي المستمر في منطقة الشارقة الطبية أن مبادرة التوعية بالغذاء الصحي التي أطلقتها طبية الشارقة في العام الدراسي 2022-2014 بالتزامن مع مبادرة المقاصف المدرسية التي وجه بها صاحب السمو الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي عضو المجلس الأعلى للاتحاد حاكم الشارقة شملت 28,737 طالباً وطالبة من مدارس الحلقة الأولى الحكومية والخاصة، ما يعد رقماً قياسياً للتوعية المباشرة للتلاميذ من الفئة العمرية من 6 إلى 10 سنوات.
وأوضحت ميسون الشاعر أن المبادرة التي تقام للعام الثالث على التوالي، يتم تنفيذها انطلاقاً من مسؤوليتهم اتجاه المجتمع المدرسي، وحرصهم الشديد على تقديم النصائح المفيدة في مجال الغذاء الصحي، حيث يتضمن الحدث برامج وأنشطة توضح كيفية الابتعاد عن عوامل الخطورة المسببة للعديد من المشكلات الصحية، وما هي الأساليب الوقائية السليمة لتعزيز مفهوم الأمن الغذائي واتباع عادات صحية وغذائية سليمة تكون الرياضة جزءًا منها.
وأشارت إلى أنه تم اللجوء والتعاون مع متطوعات فنيات من خارج المنطقة الطبية وتدريبهم للنزول الميداني يداً بيد مع موظفي القسم لإمكانية التواصل المباشر لترسيخ معلومات الغذاء الصحي.
وقالت: منذ انطلاقة مبادرة صاحب السمو الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي عضو المجلس الأعلى للاتحاد حاكم الشارقة ودعمه لتعزيز صحة الطالب كمرحلة أولى في المدارس الحكومية من خلال توفير الوجبات الصحية التي تقدم بأسعار رمزية في المقاصف المدرسية، تمكنا من تعزيز الصحة لدى الفئة الملتزمة من المدارس بأهداف المبادرة بصورة أسرع وأكثر فاعلية.
كتيب
وتحدثت الشاعر عن كتيب الشخصيتين الكرتونيتين مريم وحسون الذي يهدف إلى التوعية بأهمية الغذاء الصحي والنشاط البدني، لافتة إلى أنه تم توزيع الكتيب على 134 مدرسة من الحلقة الأولى التأسيسية للفئة العمرية من 6 سنوات إلى 10 سنوات ليسهم بمحتواه العلمي التثقيفي المنوع في تغيير نمط الحياة عند الأطفال مع دعم الوجبة الصحية بالمقاصف المدرسية.
وذكرت أن لغة الإحصائيات تتحدث وتؤكد نجاح المبادرة في القضاء على حالات الحساسية المسجلة والمرتبطة بالمواد الحافظة والملونات والمنكهات لطلاب المدارس الملتزمين بحيثيات المبادرة، والتي تم رصدها بعد الفسحة الأولى والثانية من ترجيع وآلام في البطن يتواصل في اليوم الثاني إلى حساسية جلدية وحكة في الجلد ومنابت الشعر.
وكشفت الشاعر أن الخطة المستقبلية تتضمن إعداد الكتيب «مريم وحسون» ليغطي فئة عمرية أكبر وهي 11 سنة إلى 14 سنة (طلبة الحلقة الثانية) في المدارس الحكومية، ومن ثم القطاع الخاص بمدينة الشارقة، علماً بأن هدفنا أبعد وأشمل، ونسعى آملين بألا يخلو بيت أو طالب من امتلاك هذا الكتيب الذي يحمل طابع الترفيه والتشويق.
